an invitation to slow down. to discover what restores you. to build a sustainable practice around it.

floraTONIC is a wellbeing incubator and floral design atelier built around TONIC practice — repeatable, intentional routines of active rest that restore attention, build resilience, and make restoration sustainable.

Our proprietary framework — Discover, Practice, Sustain — helps people identify what genuinely restores them, experience it firsthand, and build the structures to protect it.

Our programming is the catalytic medium and entry point to TONIC practice — including sensory floral experiences that are proven to slow attention, reduce cortisol levels, and support physiological recovery, giving people a direct, embodied experience of what active rest looks like.

born from the founder’s personal reckoning with burnout and the absence of a sustainable restorative practice

Odinakachi is the Founder and Chief Curator of floraTONIC. He spent 14 years leading enterprise transformation at Google and Deloitte — managing high-stakes portfolios, leading large teams, and navigating the exact conditions that produce burnout in the people organizations rely on most.

The TONIC framework emerged from that experience. Odinakachi built the TONIC practice for himself first, through his own encounter with floral arranging as a restorative act. He recognized restorative practices as something the people around him desperately needed a language and structure for.

floraTONIC is now a wellbeing incubator and floral design atelier operating across Washington DC and Philadelphia, with a 2026 residency at Hotel Nell - Union Market and corporate programming trusted by Google, Capital One, and Kirkland & Ellis LLP.
